"We hired Binbrook Moving to help us move from Caledonia to St. Catharines on September 20, 2021. We were moving from an old 2 bedroom house into a smaller 2 bedroom apartment. The house is designed in such a way that it is difficult to get furniture from the upstairs down. When we moved in it was chaos trying to get the furniture where we wanted it up stairs. We were concerned that we would not be able to get our furniture out without damage. Moving out 5 years later with the help of Binbrook Moving we were able to get all of our furniture out from upstairs with ease. They were very careful, padding and shrink wrapping all cabinets, hope chests, and anything else that needed to be treated with care to make the trip. Both the movers were professional, conscientious, and really paid attention to detail. Things like making sure that the velcro on the Ikea futon mattress was properly attached to the frame so that all I had to do was find its cover. They also took great care in disassembling and reassembling my Art Deco dining room table so that it would fit through the fire safety doors in the apartment building. They made sure that everything was set up and placed basically where we wanted it. Their attention to our requests regarding which furniture be loaded first and last allowed us to get everything into the apartment so that it is functional as we reorganize continue to downsize. Thank you again for the awesome job done. I don't plan on moving for a very long time but if I ever do, and you're still in business (as I am sure you will be) Binbrook Moving will be the first company I call." -September 2021
